Deathbed Visions
Dr. Carla Wills-Brandon's research

Dr. Carla Wills-Brandon's has researched, in depth, the universal phenomenon of the deathbed vision (DBV) and has included her findings in her book One Last Hug Before I Go.  Complete with her own personal encounters and those of numerous other DBV experiencers, this revolutionary work explores DBVs throughout history, from ancient Egypt to modern-day America.  Through the visions and experiences common to all dying people, you will learn more about the spiritual journey that begins with death.  According to recent studies, only about 10% of people are conscious shortly before their death. Of this group, 50% to 67% have deathbed visions. These visions take the form of apparitional visits of loved ones, glimpses of the next world and medically inexplicable moods of elation. The following are excerpts from Dr. Carla Wills-Brandon's excellent book reprinted by permission.  Also included are examples from Dr. Melvin Morse's research on deathbed visions.
